About James Goff

James Goff is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class with 26 years of dedicated military service, and the founder and CEO of Goff Enterprises LLC, a leadership and life-development company based in Springfield, Missouri. As a John Maxwell Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and a certified Maxwell DISC and OrgIQ Suite Culture Consultant, James has spent his career equipping leaders, families, and fellow veterans to live with purpose and intention.

Through his coaching platform, JKG Consultants LLC, and related brands, James brings a faith-forward, military-grounded voice to everything he creates. The American Legacy for Kids series reflects his lifelong commitment to instilling character, history, and love of country in the next generation.

A husband, father, and grandfather to a large blended family, James lives out the values he teaches — service, faith, and legacy — every day.
